1. Can I customize the shape and logo of the zipper puller?
- Yes! We offer full customization, including shape, size, color, and the design effect of your logo (such as embossed, engraved, or hollowed).
- You can provide a drawing or sample, or choose a design from our catalog and add your logo.
- If you’re unsure, provide a rough sketch, and our design team will assist with the final details.
2. What details should I confirm before ordering?
Once you’ve selected a design and provided your logo file, we will create a design rendering for approval.
- Confirm the zipper type (metal, plastic, or nylon) and size to match the appropriate slider.
- Decide if you need locking, non-locking, or semi-auto lock sliders (learn more here).
- Clarify the connection method between the slider and puller, as this can vary by design.
3. What happens after I confirm the design?
After the design is approved, we will start mold production, which cannot be modified once completed. If changes are needed, a new mold must be created.
- Our molds are stored for 5 years and can be reused for future orders, saving you the cost of remaking molds.
4. Can I get a sample before mass production?
Yes, we offer pre-production samples before bulk orders. However, mold and shipping fees apply.
5. What is the production lead time and shipping options?
- Sample/Small Order Delivery Time: 15 days (Mold production takes at least 7 days).
- Delivery time depends on the order size. We ensure on-time delivery with strict quality control.
- For urgent orders, please notify us in advance—we can prepare semi-finished samples for faster turnaround.

- Express (DAP): 6-9 days (UPS/DHL/FedEx)
- By Air (DDP): 12-16 days
